Nodal Seismometer Sweep Files These files are the raw data from the nodal seismometer array deployed at the POROTOMO's Natural Laboratory in Brady Hot Springs, Nevada during March 2016. The files are 29.8 second windows extracted from continuous 24 hour files. Each window starts 3.9 seconds before the initiation of a sweep by a vibroseis truck. Replace Old Sweep Files These files replace the 30 second files previously provided that did not have the consistent 4 second pre-sweep start time intended. This error was due to a rounding error in the reference sweep start time in the 0marker header. The file start times are correct other than a 1 second lag that was present in the continuous raw files. Changes from Old Files All of the new files are denoted by "*.298.sac" rather than the original "*.sac" file name. All other naming conventions are the same. The 0marker header is now at the correct time. The new files have begin times that correspond with the sweep start time rather that the time of the first data point. Make sure that any scripts used to convert to a different format take this into account or your files will be off by 3.9 seconds. The 1 second lag time present in the old files is corrected in the new files.
